Drupal is a system which works as a standpoint, from where you can build your page. It gives the developer the ability to build exactly the website you need, with building blocks
that is already built. This gives me, the developer, the ability to assemble a fully functional and working site to an affordable price.
What does this mean to me?
Well nothing else than you'll get a great website for very little money, and don't have to worry about advanced things like security issues.

Do you need a software developer?
JavaScript and PHP is my main programming languages, and the project would be concerning usage of these. If you require me to work with a framework of some kind, I am comfortable with CodeIgniter.
When it comes to content management systems I work with Drupal, it is my favorite and I have been working with it for a while now, and I enjoy it.
Am I qualified?
Of course I cannot tell whether i am qualified or not, but you could test me, send me some kind of task and let's see if I can do it.
Who said teamwork?
I work well in teams and enjoy the all team spirit.
Designer?
No, I am not a designer, when this is said I have designed many websites, including this one, and I am comfortable with XHTML and CSS and know the coding conventions.
Conditions
I can only work part time as I also have my school to attend to. Also I will be programming from my home.
